Key Features
-

AI-Powered Welding
Developed through a "Master-Apprentice" phase, our robotic arm motion captured the expertise of veteran welders.
-

Continous Operation
FireBot is capable of running more than 20 hours of day, 7 days a week to meet customers’ demand.
-
Efficient Design
FireBot replaces multi-steps and complex manual line within a small surface area.
Green Energy Use
Operational Coverage
20 hrs/day
FireBot is designed for up to 20 hours of daily operation, covered with solar energy storage system.
Energy Consumption
118 kWh/day
Optimized for high-efficiency industrial operation with an average daily consumption of approximately 118 kWh.
Solar Requirement
90-100 Panels
Fully compatible with solar-powered operation using approximately 90–100 standard commercial solar panels.
Production Process
A fully automated workflow from pipe preparation to final output.
01.
Pipe Marking
Each pipe is marked for identification and tracking.
02.
Surface Cleaning
A laser removes the outer coating to prepare a clean, stable surface for downstream operations.
03.
Nozzle Handling
Profile sockets are automatically picked and leveled for precise, repeatable positioning.
04.
Nozzle Placement
Each nozzle is positioned onto the pipe with controlled placement for consistent assembly accuracy.
05.
Hole Cutting
The pipe is rotated during cutting so the removed section falls clear, reducing the risk of internal debris.
06.
Nozzle Welding
Motion-captured welding delivers repeatable, high-quality welds with minimal variation.
07.
Pipe Cutting
Automatic presicion cutting ensures finished pipe length meets the required production specification.
